Outdoor Training College has been selected to be a contracted training provider for HIgher Level Skills program to deliver Government-subsidised course and applications are open now. All training provided under the Higher Level Skills Program is subsidised by the QLD Government.

The Higher Level Skills program supports the Queensland Government's Working Queensland jobs plan. The program provides a government subsidy to support eligible individuals to access one subsidised training place in selected certificate IV qualifications, or priority skill sets.

The aim is to assist individuals to gain the higher level skills required to secure employment or career advancement in priority industries or to transition to university. Employers may also be able to access training to address workforce development needs.

A person can only access the Higher Level Skills program subsidy once, so it is important that applicants take the time to carefully consider your training options and compare different providers and their fees before committing to a course of study.
