This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual wishing to work in the sport and recreation industry in an administrative or organisational capacity in locations such as fitness centres, outdoor sporting grounds or complexes, aquatic centres or sporting organisations and associations. Persons with this level of competency would support the management of ancillary functions required to ensure the effective provisions of specific services and programs.

12 months from commencement

Entry Requirment:

HSC (Year 12) or a mature background

The e-learning is a web-based learning system used to; either build upon, validate or give students the knowledge base required for the required unit of competency.

The face-to-face training is to provide training and/or assessment for each of the practical elements of your selected activity.

Documented and Verifiable work experience or logged practice session will be required and form an integral part of the assessment process.

All of the above must be completed holistically.
